As an award-winning producer, she has delivered more than 300 hours of original content across television, film, digital, and audio under Emerald Media. The company has developed IP and partnerships with global brands including Paramount, HBO, AT&T, and Academy Award-winning talent. Lisa created, produces, and hosts Behind the Brilliance, a long-form podcast with over 2 million downloads that shapes how leaders approach personal growth, business, and creativity. The show’s high profile guest list and illuminating conversations have earned critical acclaim and an international audience.
In business, Lisa leverages her multidisciplinary background to grow mission-driven brands and innovative ventures that deliver measurable outcomes. Her first company, an education startup, was acquired shortly after she graduated college. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in how storytelling and technology shape the way we learn and evolve.
