The company has developed IP and partnerships with global brands including Paramount, HBO, AT&T, and Academy Award-winning talent. Lisa created, produces, and hosts Behind the Brilliance, a long-form podcast with over 2 million downloads that shapes how leaders approach personal growth, business, and creativity. The show’s high profile guest list and illuminating conversations have earned critical acclaim and an international audience.
She is the founder of Intersect, an investor-backed platform reimagining how learning and interest-based connection can address modern loneliness.
Lisa’s first company, an education startup, was acquired shortly after she graduated college. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in how storytelling and technology shape the way we learn and evolve.
Lisa graduated cum laude with a Business Law degree from California State University and completed entertainment business studies at UCLA. Her honors include the Woman Making a Difference award by the Los Angeles Business Journal, the Cable Positive Award, and the Small Business Administration’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Her bylined thought leadership has appeared in Fast Company, The Globe and Mail, and other major publications, while her work has been featured in Variety, Forbes, Business Insider, and Inc.
