Lisa Nicole Bell is a producer, writer, and serial founder building media and ventures that expand how we think, work, and live. She is the founder of Intersect, an investor-backed platform reimagining how learning and interest-based connection can address modern loneliness.

Lisa uses media and technology to create experiences that elevate perspective and possibility. As an award-winning producer, she has delivered more than 300 hours of original content across television, film, digital, and audio under Emerald Media. The company has developed IP and partnerships with global brands including Paramount, HBO, AT&T, and Academy Award-winning talent. Lisa created, produces, and hosts Behind the Brilliance, a long-form podcast with over 2 million downloads that shapes how leaders approach personal growth, business, and creativity. The show’s high profile guest list and illuminating conversations have earned critical acclaim and an international audience.

In business, Lisa leverages her multidisciplinary background to grow mission-driven brands and innovative ventures that deliver measurable outcomes. Her first company, an education startup, was acquired shortly after she graduated college. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in how storytelling and technology shape the way we learn and evolve.

This commitment has attracted strategic partnerships with Fortune 100 companies and high-growth startups like Procter & Gamble and SleepScore. Lisa advises on launches and turnarounds that have generated profitable exits and nine-figure valuations across technology and consumer sectors including health and wellness, finance, and entertainment.

Lisa graduated cum laude with a Business Law degree from California State University and completed entertainment business studies at UCLA.
